Dichroic Glass Pendants
Fused dichroic jewels are made by layering dichroic, translucent, opaque, and iridescent glass in both intentional and random patterns and fusing them in a kiln for 6 hours at a time. We cut, sand, and shape each piece of jewelry, add more glass, and re-fuse, re-sand, and re-shape several times until a unique, enchanting dichroic jewel emerges. The layering of several pieces of varied glass is what creates the depth and beauty of the jewel.
